Blog Introduction

My motivation to create this blog is to uncover an illness called "Hiatal Hernia" which I have suffered. Many peoples and doctors don't know about this illness. And for them who have known about this illness, there are only a few of them who have a deep known and experience about this illness.

This illness has destroyed my self (both physically, spiritly, and mentally) and many aspects in my life. But I am not alone in this case, there are many other hiatal hernia sufferers who also live in the same way as I do. And surprisely, we (the hiatal hernia sufferers) don't know where to get help. The doctors who we visited were unfamiliar to this illness, they don't give us solution. When we complained about our illness's symptoms, the doctors are confused and just said that the cause of our symptoms are due to anxiety, stress, a lot of thought, or other psychology related problems. So, we can't get healed from our illness, although we feel that we can't live anymore again with our condition. We are also unbelieved by our family when we complained about our suffering from this illness. We are looked healthy from the outside but we feel so tortured inside our body, yes that is what hiatal hernia causes. There are no place and nobody which we can go to heal our illness (or at least to complain about our illness). There is no way out for us.

Maybe from the descriptions that I have written are so exaggerate. Not all of the hiatal hernia sufferers feel the same as I have described, but for some of the sufferers (include my self), the descriptions that I have written are true.

I call Hiatal Hernia "The "Nobody's Child" Illness In Medical World" because it is still an overlooked (unattentioned / unnoticed) illness to the most of the medical practitioners in medical world, although actually, IT'S AN EMERGENCY SITUATION THAT NEED TO BE FIXED COMPLETELY (NOT PARTIALLY !). I agree that Hiatal Hernia is not a danger illness that can cause death to it's sufferer, but ignoring the Hiatal Hernia condition in a long time will lead to a significant degrade of the sufferer's health and life's quality. For some of the sufferer's experience (see Other People Experiences), the pain and the impact that it cause are really hard.

In most of article's review and many practitioner's opinion about Hiatal Hernia, mostly of them just put concern to the GERD problem. But in my experience, the problem of Hiatal Hernia is more than just GERD. There are many other problems that are significantly important to be noticed beside GERD problem (for further explanation, see Symptoms And Explanation).

I hope that the medical practitioners can be familiar with this illness, and find a total recovery solution for this illness. The only way to heal this illness is by surgery (although the surgery can't ensure that Hiatal Hernia will not recur again). I also hope too that the surgery cost for this illness is not too expensive, because the sufferers are needed to be healed from this illness for they can get their full life again. This all I write in the hope that medical practitioners will understand and help the sufferers of this illness to be healed. For medical practitioners, please don’t priority in gaining profit from your profession, but priority in healing the sufferers’s illness, although you have to work non profitly. If I were a doctor or medical practitioners, I will work as I have said (non profitly). I swear and I hope too I will do this.

Last word in this blog introduction, I am just an ordinary people who don't have any knowledge about medical world, but through this blog, I want to gathering as many information as I could in the hope that this blog can:

• Make the medical practitioners to put more respect and find a total recovery solution of this illness.
• Help another sufferers for they can get some guide to be healed completely from this illness.
